Profile Wire is made from round wire which is first looped at regular pitched intervals and then pressed into deep wedge shaped section.
The loops themselves are pressed so as to produce at each side accurately sized shoulders which butt together when the wires are assembled,
The individual profile wires are built into panels by threading cross rods of suitable diameter through the loops on the wires.
Applications:
Profile wire is particularly suitable for making up into large floor areas. The unique properties of our looped wedge floors provide a smooth surface, uniform and accurate slots and mechanical strength unrivalled by other systems.
